Lava Balloons has been running for over 10 years, starting off from the humble beginnings of a car boot sale Alex spent the first 5 years building the business from the ground up learning and expanding the range of products and services he could offer all on his own. In 2014 John joined him learning quickly and bringing a range of new skills and ideas to the business and allowing the fledgling business to take a stride forward.
As of 2019 the hard work has gained recognition from the Scotlands Business Awards getting the prestigious title of Glasgows best party and event planning service and out of all categories and businesses in Glasgow came 4th for best customer service experience.
We still both get the same pleasure out of making people happy with balloons as we did back in the early days of the business. Times change and we are always aiming to push the boundaries of what balloons can do, to make ever more elaborate structures but at the same time putting the same effort into even the smallest order as every customer is valued no matter what they are looking for.
